1. Eligibility and acceptance
By creating an account or using CoupleDelight, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The service is for adults aged 18 or older only. Do not use the platform if you do not meet this requirement or do not agree to these Terms.
2. Verified membership
Couples and Bulls must provide accurate registration information, complete email and mobile verification, and submit a genuine profile verification photo. We may request resubmission, restrict features, reject, suspend, or terminate access where information is inaccurate, verification is incomplete, safety concerns arise, or these Terms are breached.
3. Community standards and consent
Treat every member with respect. You must not create fake profiles, impersonate another person, harass, threaten, pressure, exploit, spam, share another person’s information or content without permission, or use the platform for unlawful activity. Consent must be clear, voluntary, informed, ongoing, and may be withdrawn at any time. Report safety concerns through the available safety tools or support.
4. Offline interactions
CoupleDelight is a digital platform and does not arrange, supervise, or guarantee any offline interaction. You are responsible for your own decisions, boundaries, travel, health, and personal safety. Use caution, communicate clearly, and meet only where you feel safe.
5. Your content and profile
You remain responsible for content you upload and must have the right and consent to share it. You grant CoupleDelight a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and process that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or safety requirements.
6. Membership payment
Couple verification and access are currently free after approval. A Bull membership payment of ₹3,000 is offered only after profile approval. Payment availability, methods, and confirmation are shown in the account at checkout. A Bull account becomes active only after payment confirmation from the authorised payment provider. Crypto payment options, if offered, are subject to separate provider availability and applicable requirements.
7. Shop orders and returns
Product availability, prices, taxes, delivery charges, and available payment methods are shown at checkout and may change before an order is accepted. Intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods may be ineligible for return once opened or used. Any return, replacement, cancellation, or refund request is assessed according to the product condition, the reason for the request, the information shown at purchase, and applicable law. Contact support promptly with your order number.
8. Privacy and account security
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Keep your credentials confidential, do not share your account, and notify support promptly of suspected unauthorised access. We may send essential service, security, verification, and transaction communications.
9. Suspension, termination, and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms. We may update these Terms; material changes will be made available through the service or by another appropriate notice. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. User-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsafe. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to those rights, CoupleDelight is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, member conduct, or offline interactions.
11. Applicable law and complaints
These Terms are intended for the India-first CoupleDelight service and are governed by applicable laws of India. Consumer rights and dispute forums available under applicable law are not limited by these Terms. For questions, complaints, or safety concerns, use the Support Center.
